Common questions
Can HR see an individual’s results?
By default, no. The standard policy is aggregate-only — HR sees org- and team-level patterns with small cells suppressed. You can opt into manager-only or leadership visibility per policy, and it is always disclosed to the person before they consent.
Is this used for hiring decisions?
We position My Path for development, wellbeing and team-building — not selection. Using personality data as the sole basis for hiring or firing carries legal risk we help you avoid.
Where is our data stored?
EU-hosted by default. Enterprise customers can choose a dedicated region, a dedicated instance, or self-host entirely on their own infrastructure.
